Adding and subtracting menu items to spry menu 2.0

I have looked everywhere for a tutorial on editing the actual menu items in the spry 2.0 menu bar and all I can find is how to edit the styles in the widget but nothing on how to add, subtract and change the default items in dreamweaver. Anybody know where I can find a tutorial or can maybe explain how to do it?

The menu is constructed from an un-ordened list (<ul><li>MenuItem</li></ul>)

If you look at the source Code in DW you will see what I mean. To change the name of a menu item, merely change the name. To add or delete menu items, follow the structure as it is, making sure to close each element appropriately, see here http://www.w3schools.com/HTML/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_nestedlists2
