Normally when sending a pdf for review through an email client, we use outlook, the pdf is an attachment in the email but lately outlook is sending the entire email as an attachment inside a blank email? Thus creating an extra step of opening the attached (original) email to open the pdf and stamp or comment.
When I review my sent file the email looks normal (no second email attached). This happens for reviewers in outlook 7 and 10. Anyone know why? Thanks for reading = )
