I went through the process of downloading all of the CS6 products from the cloud, but ran into a problem with the Premier Pro family. The application manager displayed a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it next to the Premier Pro icon when the installation process was complete and said that some of the products were not installed correctly. I checked my list of installed programs and saw that Media Encoder was there but Encore and Premier Pro itself were both missing. I went through the FAQ and found a thread that indicated I should go back to my order history on-line and download the product again. When I did that what happened was that the application manager popped up again. I clicked on Premier Pro and found that the download link was not live any more. An entry next to the Premier Pro family icon indicated that I had already downloaded and installed it. So I am not able to reattempt the download and install procedure, but I am also not able to find the products on my PC. All of the other product downloads and installations seemed to go okay, I'm locked out only from getting Encore and Premier Pro. What remedies are available for this situation? Thank you.
Try running the cs cleaner tool, then re-download and install.
