CS6 install fail

I have downloaded CS 6 Trial to Mac Book Pro running 10.7.2. When I run install it gives me error "Installation Faild" Try rebooting etc. This does not work. I am advised to goto "Support" What support? there is no mention of this antwhere.

It refers to the support advisor which is mostly useless, anyway. Simply provide the install logs and we will see...

Thanks but it looks like I have a system problem that's causing this. It works on another machine.

The install logs will point to what is causing the problem on that computer. We can then recommend how to fix the problem.

Thanks but I've reinstalled the system and things now working normally.
