I am also having the same issue. Seems the new Adobe Ticketing system isn't displaying anything from BC in their system. Apparently I have two tickets that are meant to be open however in the Adobe support area it shows I don't have any active tickets.
I've also noticed that on the forums when you attempt to do a search it searches across the entire Adobe Forums so displaying results is really annoying to get just the BC ones.
I also do not see the details!
Which company provides Adobe Ticketing system? Or,Adobe develops this software It slef. I think this helpdesk/support ticket software is fine and user-friendly.
Maybe what is mentioned above is a bug. However,No the best but have better. Such as iKode Helpdesk which is a good web basde help desk software to provide ticket support. I can only say it is efficient,effective,cheap and user-friendly.
Overall,Adobe support ticket system is a helpdesk software that allow you to run your web based ticket support system quickly and easily. It provide simple installation procedure.I personally like the layout and color combination, it make me feel more fresh while i’m going thru the system.
One thing which may help (this turned out to be the issue for me), is that there is an extra step in submitting your query - you may think it is submitted but it is actually a preview for you to check it first, and then you need to actually submit it.
