Hi I want to publish a digital magazine and not an app is this still the ADP still the way to go?

Hi,

 

We are a small specialized magazine and we want to publish a digital version of the magazine to be sold on Itunes.  What is the process to do that?  Is the ADP suite the solution?  We are not looking for any special effects.  Just swiping for each page and photos inserted.

    What you're describing is effectively just a glorified PDF.

     

    While you can certainly use DPS to create it, if that's all you're planning there is pretty good chance it will be rejected on the iTunes app store.

    Technically speaking there is none.

     

     

     

    If you want your magazine to appear on the itunes app store it has meet minimum standards set by Apple. Having something this simple may not cut it.

     

     

     

    They want the reader to have an experience that can’t be had any other way.

     

     

     

    You can always try to get it past the reviewers but be prepared to have it rejected as too book like.
