Which Adobe product are you trying to download?  Are you still experiencing this difficulty?

This happens to me every time too.  No clue what causes it.  Very frustrating.

I spent about 2 hours with Technical Assistance last night on this issue.  I am getting the issue with Windows 7.  No resolution.  We tried as Administrator, using Firefox, log on, log off, install download assistant, uninstall.

I finally fixed the problem.  I created a new Adobe ID and the system immediately allowed me to log in and download the trial software and I used my serial numbers that were emailed to me.  The problem is not on the user end.  There is some kind of problem on the Adobe end.  As a matter of fact, I am using my new ID because I can only use my old ID to log into My Adobe.  When I go to anything else, I am redirected to a login screen that refuses to accept my credentials.  If anybody from adobe reads this, please review case 183683287.  I plan to write a long letter of complaint.  Even though I plan to complain, I will give credit they were very curteous and tried hard, but were unsuccessful.

kcs3D if you try the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 to initiate a direct download do you have the same issues with your problematic Adobe ID?
