Unfortunately that message can indicated a whole lot of causes, and we need to find out what it is. A few questions:
- is the downloaded installer exactly the size I have shown earlier (10,526,720 bytes)?
- are you running the installer as an Administrator user?
- can you find anything in the Event Viewer that could tell us what the problem is (e.g. with the Windows Installer service)?
