Can't Import Word docs into RH9

Each time I try importing a Word document into RH9 I get an error message stating the the Import session failed (0x80004005). Word 2010 is installed on my machine. Any clues what could be causing this issue?

    Hello,

     

    Welcome to Adobe Forums,

     

    On Which Operating System you have installed RH9 ?

     

    Is this issue occurs on a specific Word file or with all the Word files ?

     

    Did you tried this with a different user account ?

     

    What workflow are you following to import Word Document ?

    Same thing here.

    Windows XP SP3

    RH 9

    MS Word 2003 document.
