Reinstall Audition 1.0

Hard disk crash.  I am trying to reinstall Audition 1.0 to a WinXP Home on a Netbook.  I have a licensed copy of CE2K when I started that was followed up with an upgrade to Audition 1.0 when Adobe bought CE2K.  The problem is getting 1.0 installed.  I have tried installing CE2K but I am unable to input my CE2K serial number.  I got to install Audition 1.0 but despite having a valid serial number for Audition 1.0 the install fails because it cannot find an eligible product to finish the upgrade. Adobe help can not/will not Help stating Audition 1.0 is no longer supported.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get Audition 1.0 installed?
