CQ5 instructions for installing in Amazon EC2

Hi,

 

Can anybody point me in the direction of good instructions for installing CQ5 in the Amazon EC2 cloud.

 

I found this knowledgebase article, but it looks quite dated (version 5.3?)

Has anybody got anything more recent??
