cannot registrate my product (PSE 9.0). After entering the productregistrationnumber I receive the answer that it already has been registrated. But I never did.
Well I exactly did these link. It took me to a supportpage.
I first select the product i.e. Photoshop Elements.
Second I select a topic i.e. signing in to my account, or registering my product.
As I find nothing to cover my problem I click on "I still need help".
Then I get 3 choices of which just one is choiceable and that is:
Ask our experts. Our community is at your service 24/7.
And then I'm back to the forum and the circle is closed because I'm moving in a circle
Maybe it is the wrong time of day or night. I went to that page and started clicking to expand each topic, waited a few seconds, then expanded the next one, and a chat window popped up within a minute or so.
Well. I operate like you advised me, but the result is the same. The only choiceable option I get is "Asko uor experts".
That is fustrating, because I need help on that product, but can only get help if I registrate it, and cannot registrate because
the product is not registrated.
