How to extract .msi from Captivate 5.5 setup

What is the process of extracting the installation .MSi's from Captivate 5.5 (Captivate_5_5_WWEFDJ.exe)? Need to create an installation package without using setup. Tried using Adobe Application Manager but version 2.1 & 3.0 will not allow a package to be created. Version 2.0 launches and then stops.

When you double-click that .exe, does it not extract everything to a folder...on your desktop, by default? Then you should see all the install components within....?

The extraction happens but the initialization starts and then stops. Also, the 2.1 AAMEE is actually version 3.0 bu the downloaded .exe is ApplicationManagerEnterprise_2_1_all.exe.
It does not matter on what computer this is launched from.

Please try to use this packager to create the MSI.

I had to rename/remove C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE prior to using AAMEE 2.1. Thank you for your sugestions.
