Creative Cloud installing as a trial?

Jul 2, 2012 7:52 PM

Purchased a Creative Cloud subscription, and the back-up computer installed CS6 as a trial, which is now expired. Now after uninstalling it, Adobe Application Manager still says CS6 is installed on the computer. Please help!

Try using the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool to correct the issue: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

I would try cleaning up the installer first. The goal is to get it to properly recognized what applications are actually installed.

The Adobe Download Manager will download and install your applications.. Start your download from there then run the install once the download is complete.

Shaun, your problem may be a bit more complex than I originally hoped. I would suggest calling support to see if they can clear up the problem.
