No cd port?

I just bought a new mac and it doesnt have a place to put my cd of my software how can I get it on here?

You can share your optical drive over the network or copy your install files on a computer with an optical drive. You would want to copy the contents of the DVD/CD to a USB drive and then connect that to your Mac without an optical drive.
