fixing a low res image display

Jul 10, 2012 9:44 AM

new user. very happy with the product and very happy with the forum help (thanks).

would anyone mind helping me figure out why two of my images appear to be displayed at very low resolutions when the adjacent images and the original png appear to be higher?

i am on a deadline and am wondering if i could get a couple of quick pointers about resolution in ID.

i tried unloading and reloading the two offenders without it fixing the issue.

TIA

View>Display Performance>High Quality Display should fix how the images look on your monitor. In any case, the display in InDesign is going to be lower that the original image, but it will use the original image for printing.

Do you have an Object-Level display performance set? Try clearing it here
