Application Manager Downloads 100% and stops there while downloading Creative Cloud Apps, never goes to actual installation.
Progress bar is at 100% download and word "downloading" is on the screen, but this is it.
Tried to leave it alone for about 20 hours, never gets past that point.
Adobe support - phone and chat is 100% worthless, first phone person - Saikat Sarkar - had no knowledge of computers in general and Adobe products, none at all.
When I asked to connect to his supervisor he disconnected from my computer and hung up on me the same second.
Any help will be appreciated (seems that Adobe does not care about customers by providing this level of support).
I was succesfull installing LightRoom and Dreamweaver, nothing else installs on Win 7 64 bit PC.
Tried to reboot, cleanup, restart and reinstall App Manager - no luck.
After progress bar reaches 100% for Downloading you should see "Extracting" progress bar. Did you get this screen.
After Extracting you should see "Waiting to install" , then "Installing" with progress bar.
Also few questions i wanted to know:-
1. Did you try installing each application or all the applications at once.
2. Which browser did you used. Did you try to switch to any other browser and tried installing the applications and got the same issue.
You are absolutely right Greg. AAM is required not the browser.
Please correct me if i am wrong. You got stuck after clicking on install button and you got Downloading with progress bar reaching 100% for the application.

Can you please try changing Install Location in preferences in AAM and see if it could make any difference.
Also could you send a screenshot for us to see if we can help more.
