Photoshop Showcase not sharing

I've uploaded an album to Photoshop Showcase to share with family but when I ask it to send email notifications, none go out. Have tested this with my own email. The Help section of the website is also completely non-functional. Any ideas on dealing with either problem is appreciated.

    Are you not in the US? Photoshop Showcase is the service we use instead of Photoshop.com outside the US. While we own and operate Photoshop.com, Photoshop Showcase is run by another company: dotPhoto.
