    I have CS6 on trial and cannot find some of the filters I use to have, and this page does not instruct where to find it when you change systems.  I was forced to change due to buying a regretful 2Tb computer and my old Photoshop 7 no longer works.  But you have taken out some of the tools?

    A lot of the filters that was listed on that reference page can be found under

    Filter> Filter Gallery

    You can re-enable the appearance if older Filter Gallery filters in the main menus by checking the box shown here, in the Preferences - Plug-ins:
