Commercial Use on Derivative Products

Hi,

What is Adobe's policy for using one of its typefaces (like Arno Pro):

a. on a t-shirt or coffee mug or video or a pdf that is not for sale (for personal use or freely distributed to the public)?

b. on a t-shirt or coffee mug or video or a pdf that is for sale?

If there are additional embedding or "objects for sale" licenses to be purchased, what are those prices?

Thanks,

Rahim

    Rahim,

Both those cases are covered by the standard EULA when you license the fonts, so no extended license is necessary.
