how do i set photoshop, illustrator, etc. to update automatically?

i have creative suite 5.5 and i'd just like for my stuff to be up to date. i've read where i can set adobe updater to do it automatically the only problem is i don't a.updater. i'd just like to bypass having to go to adobe and sift through the updates. is there any thing i can do?

I doubt you’ll see anything in the way of updates for CS5.5 now that CS6 is out. That said, by default, the AAM will check for updates when you launch and an app and inform you of any.
