You may want to double-check to make sure there are no typos in either the username or password as you entered it.
Could you also let us know if you're getting an error message and how are you trying to access the service?
I have not been receiving any error messages. To the best of my knowledge, I have never been rejected before.
Would it be possible that your records reflect my email address with capital letters rather than small letters, such as JJACK 27512?
