That might be part of the problem, I don't know where I should save it. I put it on the computer's hard disk drive inside a folder names program files, and then created a folder called Adobe to but it in, After that it took me back to the Adobe Download Assistant page. There is a bar that i thought would be showing status, but it seems to be dimmed and not doing anything.
