Cannot Install Older Version

Whn updating to newest version of Flash (11.3), my older version was removed successfully, however, while installer window declared successful installation occured, there is no sign of application anywhere on my system.

 

My System:

 

Vista Home Premium 32-Bit

Intel Core2 Duo @ 1.73 GHz

 

I realize this does not meet requirements for newest version, I am unable to install older version that might better work with my system.  Flash Installer won't allow me to do so.

 

I am at a loss, and cannot view anything, anywhere.  Can't even see parts of the adobe home page.

 

 

Please advise.  Thank you.
