Unable to copy current page on CS5

I am unable to select the option "copy of current page" ( it isn`t highlighted) when accessing from "create new webpage"

My site doesnt use frames and my web designer can`t help.

I am also unable to select "copy as" or File/Actions/Publish as new page

Any ideas?

    And in what program? If you have specific questions on Dreamweaver or whatever, ask on their forums.
