can anyone help me figure out a workflow that will let me combine two differently sized documents into one single sized pdf?
i have a high resolution cover to a magazine that seems to show up as 19 x 22 inches and i have a reasonably high resolution /scan/ of a page on the inside of this publication. the cover was sent to me by the publisher and i seem to have lost the inside page they sent to me so i had to scan the actual page from the inside of the magazine.
so now i seem to have a roughly 19 x22 or whatever cover (that will resize to 8.5 x 11) and i have an actual 8.5 x 11 with different resolutions i believe.
i would like to get one 8.5 x 11 pdf and i am using the File > Create > Files into Single PDF option and i am not getting anywhere.
is there a way to do this without manually resizing the originals?
