File Tree PROBLEM DW5.5

File tree in the 5.5 version is glitched! Define version control opens now, instead of normal display of both local and remote views! Previously I had this issue but found how to view both local and remote file trees at the same time with some unknown dialog called

Repository View (WTF?) define it's version control settings? What is this/ ROCKET SCIENCE?

I don't need any repository I JUST WANT TO SEE MY FILES LOCAL / REMOTE AS BEFORE. Looks like I'll have to uninstall and renistall it. Adobe interface intrusiveness is a real issue. Can't get work done for the dialogs. Shades of Microsoft. No answers to be found in Google. GLITCH!

    No need to reinstall. Just click the Remote Server icon at the top of the Files panel.

    Thank you David. What an easy fix. Duh. Dreamweaver makes me feel so stupid. Adobe Interface icons is like...yet another foreign language to learn. Thanks again...whew.

     

    Version control settings? I'll have to study that if I ever get time.
