Enabling Social Sharing

Hello everyone,

 

I've tried to enable social sharing on my multi-issue test app, but Viewer Builder only shows the Enable Facebook option. No Twitter/Email/Link enabling options are available in the Social Sharing page of the Viewer Builder.

 

What am I missing?

    Are you creating a v21 viewer? If so, please show a screen shot.

    Yes it's a v21 viewer, here's the screenshot of the social sharing page of viewer builder.

    Please try deleting Viewer Builder from the Applications folder and then downloading and installing it again. You should see all four social sharing options in Viewer Builder. If that doesn't work, try deleting and re-creating the viewer in Viewer Builder.

    Great, reinstalling Viewer Builder solved the problem!

    Now all the four social sharing options have appeared.
