Hi there - You can easily share to one person via Creative Cloud. Select the file you'd like to share from your Creative Cloud account (creative.adobe.com) and click on the share button to the far lefthand side of the screen. Switch the privacy settings from "Private" to "Public". You should see a direct link to the file that you can send to your contact, or you can email directly from Creative Cloud.
As of now, files cannot be sent directly to your Creative Cloud account from someone else's computer.
