is it do able?

List and bullets in html inserts, because it is not working for me......

trying to use an unordered list function <ul></ul>

and <li> </li>

Thanks for responding, however I am perfectly aware of that video, and know "that" method of bulleting.
My problem is the bullets I'm inserting in my text, that I am having to apply via "insert HTML" because it is scrolling text..
All my HTML is working properly in my scrolling text box, to include formatting, except the bullets. and the HTML is correct, and working in Dreamweaver, and has full browser support. so I don't know why is doesn't work in my scrolling text box on my muse site.
