Why is it taking 3 days to download a trial version of Elements 10?

And I'm talking about the version for a MAC Book Pro? I can download 'most' trial softwares from the site on my PC with no problem? Why is there always a problem with the MAC?????? And before anyone get crazy-

YES - I can download at any other site on this planet, with no problems-MAC and PC

YES - I've had both machines checked out for optimized internet connectivity

YES - I also am a technician!

    Well, when the download starts very slow, the best thing to do is to cancel it and try again a little later.

    Well Barbara, I have tried 3 or 4 times to start over, with EXACTLY the same results!
