I was asked to re-sign in to download Photoshop CS6. Why is it taking so long to sign in there?

i am signed in. i was asked to sign in again to start the Photoshop CS6 download and it is taking forever to sign in. Why? I cannot restart because I am also downloading the master collection. what's up?

My information page upon changing my region is just blinking and refreshing over and over. I cannot get to it. why?

any help?

Could simply be an issue with authentication and cookies. Just wait for that download to finish, then restart. Also consider using anotehr browser. Nothing stops you from running two at the same time...
