Apple rejecting singlefolio books made in DPS

Hello:

 

Any of you have recently submitted a single-folio app containing one publication (in my case, an interactive book), and Apple rejected it metioning it has to be submitted to the iBook Store?

 

That is really weird because I have submitted several apps before (single-folio app, book style, several interactivities) and Apple accepted them in 1 week. Now, it's taking several weeks to review it and they rejected it..

 

Hope you could let me know if you've experiencied something similar.

    Yes, it’s been known to happen and I’ve been warning people about it for some time. In your case, what I would do is point them to the approved apps that are similar to the rejected one and hope for the best.

    What was the application you submitted and was rejected? What kind of interactivity did you use? And did you mention it was a book when submitting it? Check out this thread for some tips on smoothing the approval process: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4490206#4490206.
