You would need to do that from your OS. Reader has nothing to do with deleting printers.

This is a function of your OS, not the software. In Windows there is a Printers Control Panel on the Mac there is a Print & Scan System Preference panel.

I know that but the printers is already uninstalled from windows and still the entrey is there in adobe..

Hmm. That's odd. Can we assume you had rebooted since removing the printer and that it doesn't show in ANY other applications?
