I recently added a HP CM1415fnw printer in my office and I cannot print any PDF documents. Word and Excel print fine. Why?

You can also try a repair. I assume that you had been using another printer with this installation. If that is not the case and this is a new installation of Acrobat, please indicate the following: Acrobat version (like 9.5.3), Windows version and if 32 or 64-bit. If it is a MAC, then indicate that so MAC folks can try to help.
Well, the point is moot because the real culprint was my limping OS
(Vista) so my laptop is in the shop getting Windows 7....Thanks for all
your advice!

Strange, I had no idea I created the discussion, just replied to it. Looks like a Jive issue for this discussion.
Some guys at work keep telling me I need to upgrade my VISTA, but I keep resisting. It takes me a week or so to get things running properly again because of the programs I use and have to install. Hope the upgrade works for you.
Happily, Windows 7 is in and everything seems to work fine. I have to
navigate around my desktop a bit differently, but everything seems to be
compatible. I especially have to work now with printing Word docs to PDF.
I'll get there...
