How do you combine custom actions to a sequence in X pro?

I have a 10 groups of 5000 word and excel documents each. I'm using adobe acrobat x pro for pc.  For each group, I need to convert each .doc/.xls to a pdf, rename each (add -001 to the end of each file name), add a watermark (my logo image) to each, and redact just the header from each page of each document.  Is it possible to do this in one seamless action per group?  If so, can someone show me how with screenshots?

Thanks for all your assistance.

Yes, that type of thing is  why Actions were created. This is what you'll need to build:

    • File > Action Wizard > Create New
    • You can Start With either a folder or allow the Action to prompt for one each time
    • From the Protection tab, add Search and Remove Text
    • Click the options icon and enter the word(s) you want redacted
    • Add an Apply Redactions step
    • From the Pages category drag in a Watermark (Add) step
    • Click the options icon and configure the watermark with your logo, postion, etc.
    • Choose where to Save To - I suggest 'same folder'. You can leave Overwrite on as your files aren't starting as PDFs.
    • Click the options icon on Save To and set up the filename to append your "-001" as below.

Click Save, give your action a name and run it against the top-level folder. It'll take a while to process as Acrobat will have to open an instance of Word or Excel each time it converts a document to PDF, so I suggest testing it on a few files first, then leaving it running overnight.
