CS6: Program Monitor Not Updating Live

Ive use premiere in the past and have had the program update live as im color correcting. on cs6 it only updates when i let go of the mouse when im adjusting when the color wheel or any effect the only time the monitor will update is when i let go of the mouse.

is there some kind of option to make the monitor work live so i can know as im adjusting what its doing.

This is not a user adjustable parameter. It normally just happens that way.

Not sure why it isn't for you.

1st thought is to ask what is your brand/model graphics card, and what is the driver number?

I have read in other messages that upgrading from CS5 to CS6 required an update of the nVidia driver (maybe ATI as well)

I HAVE A GEFORCE GTX 540M * 2GB INTEL I7 WITH 16B RAM 18INCH LAPTOP

That is half the answer... what is the nVidia driver version?

According to other messages I've read, an update to driver 301.??? was required
