pages from the internet that are in adobe and they they will not print or save. So I have to buy something in order to do that?

Maybe the author has prevented them from copying and printing?

Does that happen for any PDF docs, e.g. http://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/attachments/Acrobat_Reader_Rel easeNote_10.1.3.pdf ?
