Why does Flash 11.3 (Firefox) keep loading twice

Why does Flash 11.3 (Firefox) keep loading twice? It crashes my games and I have to restart browser. I've tried unstalling and reinstalling and to no avail. Searched for an older version but Adobe won't give me that option....or I can't find it. Help.

What is your operating system, version & edition?

What is your Firefox version?

What is your full Flash Player version?

What means "loading twice"; can you be a little bit more specific?
