Files missing when I upgraded the the subscription version of Creative Cloud

The files were added under the trial version which I upgraded to the paid subscription today. Now all my files are missing and I cannot figure out why or where they are.

 

I suspect there may be two seperate accounts, but I don't know how that could have happened.Any help is appreciated.
