Contrast/Brightness

Hi!

 

I am new to Illustrator CS5. Could anyone please tell me how to darken the contours of a scanned, black and white drawing? I suppose it is brightness/contrast adjustment but where can I find these settings?

    Pal,

     

    Do you have Photoshop?

     

    You may use the Adjust>Threshhold there (along with the Contrast/Brightness).

     

    Basically, Illy sees what the rest of us see: a bunch of pixels.

    Hi Jacob,

     

    I do have Photoshop -- but I thought Illustrator also had those features (contrast/brightness).

    You are welcome, Pal.

     

    Over time there has been a certain increase in overlapping, but there are still great differences, the applications primarily being for raster and vector artwork respectively.
