3d Arrows

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to create a Logo in Adobe Illustrator CS4 for a small company which requires me to have 3D arrows originating from a point in all directions. The arrows should be thin and not thick ones. More so, the end effect should be like sparks emanating from a center and in all directions.

 

Can someone please help me with how to do this in Illustrator CS4 ???
