Can't Apply Menu in PE9

I'm trying to apply a template to a project in PE9 but nothing is happening either when I drag a template or hit the Apply button. I have scene markers set. I'm running Win7 64-bit. Anyone know what's going on?

    Joe,

     

    Welcome to the forum.

     

    1. Which Menu Set are you trying to Apply to your DVD?
    2. Have you set a Menu Marker at the beginning of that Timeline already?
    3. When you drag, or Apply a Menu Set, are you saying that they do not go into the little box below the Menu Editing Panel, and the Main Menu does not appear in the Menu Editing Panel?
    4. Does a tiny blue box appear around the Menu Set that you select in the Menu Set Library Panel?
    5. If you Dbl-click on the desired Menu Set, does it display in a pop-up Preview Panel?

     

    Also, this THREAD, though for a PrE 10 user, has some similarities, and might be useful.
