Help Me Please

I seem to have lost all keystrokes on my CS5 Creative Indesign, when I am typing text I cannot use [enter] to start a new text line, I cannot use [Ctrl Z] to undo or delete any work etc. I upgrade a few weeks ago and lost all of my workspaces, I unistalled and reinstalled Creative design which seem to fix this problem but now I have this other problem can you please help?

You'll get better answers in the ID forum. In any case, check the keyboard shortcut settings in the Edit menu and reset them.
