Hi. In order to download a paid-for, older version of Elements I set up an ID that now is lost. Can't remember either email or username (although I can indicate a bunch of still-operating email addresses I must have used at the time). Now I need to access that ID so that I can download same Elements on different computer - other computer is broken. How do I do that? There seems not to be a way to reach for customer help via email, and chat service is always busy. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you registered your product, you can use the "My Account" link to retrieve your serial number, but older versions of PSE are no longer available for download.
