Interactive kiosk presentation?

Jul 15, 2012 4:23 AM

Anyone used Indesign for interactive public kiosk presentation?

(I  have Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Encore and Indesign)

I want to make a 16:9 standard resolution presentation with simple buttons to navigate around a few images,  video and sound files.

I read that this can be done but I can't see how to set up a screen size and at the end of it,  do I publish it as a PDF?

Thank you

What version of InDesign are you using?

In CS4, set the document dimensions to POINTS for the size of our display in pixels.

How do you publish it as a PDF? From InDesign you choose File > Export > Adobe PDF. For a kiosk display, work in RGB. Set Edit > Transparency Blending Space to RGB.
