I've had this reoccuring issue with various media I have captured using Dxtory with the x264 codec. The time at which the video decides to contort/mix never varies even with different settings in Adobe Premiere. The original footage does not have this error.

NOTE: The raw footage does not have this issue as shown in the "Original Video". This is a straight upload to You-Tube rather than putting it through Adobe Premiere CS5.5

Preferences: Scaled to frame size (1600x900 --> 1920x1080); Problem occurs even if not scaled.

Rendered the Entire Work Area

Exported Using H.264; with a target bitrate of 16, Maximum 20

Rendering took approximately 3-4 minutes.

Exporting took approximately 5 minutes.
