CS6 to CS5

Hey,

 

I had the trial for PS CS6 and have just un-installed it so I can install PS CS5, but I keep getting an error message saying:

 

"We are unable to start your subscription for PS CS5 Extended Subscription Edition"

 

Which is fine but I didnt buy a subscription edition!

 

Please help as I'm going round in circles here!

    And what exactly? Is the CS5 a properly licensed standalone version? On what system are you running this show?

    it is a stand alone version, its ok i've had to call customer services and they're helping me out!
