How do you "apply redactions" to an entire folder of pdfs?

I performed "Search & Remove Text" on an entire folder of pdfs and now want to "apply" all of the redactions that I just set. How do I do this? Will I also be able to remove hidden content from all of the pdfs at the same time?

Thanks for any assistance.

    - In Acrobat 10 Pro, you can create an Action sequence with step "Apply Redactions" and run it on all the files. You can also select a step "Remove hidden information" to remove hidden content.

    - When doing a search and redact on multiple files, there is also an option to "Apply Redactions" in the confirmation dialog using which you can search and apply redactions at one go.
