Despite trying to relaunch and even repairing Acrobat 10, I keep getting this message. Plans to work on Acrobat project today totally ruined, and I want to get some sleep.
Now I got a notice that I have 15 minutes to
"unmark this message as a question", whatever that means. My "question" is how can this problem be fixed?
I'm in the same situation. I read another forum about launching InDesign or Photoshop (http://forums.adobe.com/message/4473199)...
From Adobe Staff:
"The workaround we have right now is to:
Launch any other CS6 product (such as Photoshop or InDesign)
It will pop-up trial screen at launch.
Click on License this software and restart subscription.
Launch Acrobat X after this. It should launch fine
Our engineering team is working on getting a permanent fix available for this issue."
Maybe this will help you. So far, it has not helped me. :-(
I installed a stand-alone version of Acrobat X after uninstalling the cloud-based version and resumed my productivity. I know that's not a great resolution for many people, but it got me past the issue with the cloud.
